Ella Dale is a freelance creative producer, dedicated to championing emerging artists and fostering bold visual storytelling. She is Co-Artistic Director of Carmen Collective, Previously, she was Deputy Artistic Director at The Hope Theatre, where she produced acclaimed in-house productions such as Snakehead and The Moors. Currently, she serves as Assistant Producer for Relish Theatre's Regeneration Season and Development Producer at The Pleasance, continuing her commitment to elevating innovative voices in the arts.
